The Fall Equinox is an important day that shifts all things in the northern hemisphere from the season of growth (Summer) towards the season of harvest (Fall).
This transition can be abrupt, such that going from heat to coolness, or states of active giving to receiving, can activate imbalances within us. On the equinox, the earth experiences a day of balance— the same amount of darkness and light, day and night; pausing to rebalance herself on her axis point of rotation before surrendering to the darker and cooler days.
We invite all beings to join us in a half day of pausing, like the earth does, to rebalance ourselves, accessing the hearts truth via a ceremonial pathway of stillness, breath, gratitude, and harvesting.

About Your Guides
Together, Alex and Natalie carry over 30 years of combined experience in Earth Wisdom, Ceremony guidance, Rituals, Women’s Circles and other healing modalities. They founded BDC over one year ago to offer ceremonies together on the solstices and equinoxes for their family and friends.

Land Acknowledgment. The BDC guides virtual ceremonies on occupied land taken from the Chochenyo and Karkin Ohlone people who trace their ancestry through the San Francisco Bay Area. We honor their connection to this region, we offer gratitude and pay respect to the stewards, past and present, for the opportunity to live, work, learn, and pray here. We encourage our community to learn more about land returns and match our donation if they feel called.
